SPANISH STYLE QUINOA
1T grapeseed oil Heat a saucepan over moderate heat and add oil, onion, garlic, poblano, cumin and cayenne pepper sautéing for 1 minute. Add quinoa, chicken stock, and tomato paste. Stir until tomato paste is combined well. Bring to a boil then immediately reduce temperature to low heat, cover and cook until tender approximately 15 minutes. print recipe |
