CREAM BISCUITS

Serves: 8 to 12

Ingredients:

2c All Purpose or White Lily Flour
1T Baking Powder
1T Sugar
1/2c Unsalted Butter, chilled and cut in quarters
1/4t salt
3/4c Heavy Cream

1. Put all dry ingredients and butter into food processor, pulse twice, add cream and pulse just till the dough starts to combine.
2. Remove from food processor and knead into one harmonious dough, DO NOT OVER MIX! You will need to flour your hands and work surface a little so the dough doesn't stick.
3. Flatten dough to ¼ inch thickness.
4. Cut dough with biscuit cutter or cookie cutter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Reform extra dough and cut into more shapes.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 375 degrees F, for 10-12 minutes.
