Guacamole
Yield: 4 servings as an appetizer
Active time: 15 minutes
Start to finish: 15 minutes
3 avocados
Lime juice to taste
Salt to taste
1 jalapeño, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, rough chopped
2 plum tomatoes, small dice
Vegetable chips (Carrots, Cucumbers and Jicama)
- Remove the meat from the avocado and place in a bowl.
- Add lime juice and salt to taste.
- Mash this mixture with either a fork or potato masher until smooth.
- Fold in the jalapeño, cilantro and tomatoes and serve with the vegetable chips.
